Because the material particles are minimized, the speed of heat transfer and evaporation of moisture is greatly improved.
After a large number of production practices, it has been proved that the multi-layer plate-type rotary drum dryer has a water evaporation capacity of 40-50kg water/m2·h per unit area compared with ordinary drum dryers, which is 2-3 times that of ordinary drum dryers. The production capacity of the dryer is increased by more than 50%, the fuel consumption is reduced by more than 30%, the equipment area is reduced by more than 40%, the moisture content of the drying material is more uniform, and the efficiency is increased by more than 40%.
Working Principle of Corn Vinasse Dryer
The material flow is: the 60-65% water liquor lees screw conveyor is sent to the mixing drum dryer to achieve downstream drying, the material is continuously picked up and scattered under the copy board and moves forward in a spiral manner, with a built-in multi-layer copy board structure The material is fully stirred, dispersed and thrown, the material and the hot air are fully exchanged in quality and heat, and the moisture is quickly evaporated and vaporized. The drum is fully dried to achieve the drying effect, and the drying process is completed and discharged by the screw conveyor. A shock cleaning device is installed inside the drum to prevent the material from sticking to the drum wall.
The gas flow is: the air is pressurized by the hot blast stove blower and enters the hot blast stove for combustion and heating, and the temperature reaches 600-950 ºC. When the temperature is lowered to 55-60 ºC, it is discharged from the dryer, and the dust-laden moisture is collected by the cyclone dust collector, and the wet dust collector is purified and discharged up to the standard.
