Palm pomace dryer has a wide range of applications, mainly including the following types of materials:
1. Palm pomace dryer can be specifically used to dry palm pomace, including palm shells, palm fibers, and other waste generated during the processing of palm fruits. Working Principle of Palm Fruit Bunch Waste Dryer
Feeding system:
1. The palm fruit bunch waste is evenly fed into the drying equipment through a belt conveyor or a screw conveyor to ensure a continuous and stable supply of materials.
2. Crushing equipment (optional)
If the waste volume is large, it needs to be crushed into small particles (such as 6-10mm) by a crusher to increase the drying efficiency.
Drying host: Multi-drum dryer, adopts a three-layer or multi-circuit drum structure, and achieves high-temperature and rapid drying through hot air circulation, reducing the floor space and increasing the output.
Heat source system: It can use coal, gas, biomass fuel or electric heating to provide heat energy, and flexibly adapt to different energy conditions.
Dust removal and slag discharge system
1. Filter cylinder and slag discharge hole: The filter cylinder is equipped with a block to separate impurities and debris, and discharge them through the bottom slag discharge hole to ensure the purity of the material.
2. Dust removal device: equipped with a bag dust collector or cyclone separator to reduce dust emissions and meet environmental protection requirements.
Cooling and packaging system:
1. The dried material enters the cooling cylinder and is quickly cooled by the blower to avoid moisture regeneration.
2. Finally, the finished product is packaged by an automatic packaging machine for easy storage and transportation.
