The drying system from Zhengzhou Jiutian Technology Machinery Co., Ltd. is designed to efficiently dry sludge. It includes a heat source, drying device, conveying device, dust removing, and deodorizing device.
The sludge enters the dryer through the chute and is lifted to the center of the cylinder, forming a material curtain. High-temperature airflow preheats the sludge, evaporating water. The material exchanges heat with the hot air flow, while a cleaning device removes material adhering to the inner and outer walls of the lifting plate.
As the cylinder rotates, water evaporates, and the sludge is dried. The cleaning device also breaks sludge pellets, improving drying speed. The dried sludge is discharged as loose materials with low moisture content.
