Rich in cellulose, hemicellulose, and crude protein, these potato dregs contain a full spectrum of amino acids and up to 40%-50% crude protein in bacterial protein, promoting accelerated growth in livestock and poultry. Our state-of-the-art potato residue dryer efficiently dries these residues for storage or conversion into high-quality feed.
Working Principle
The process flow of our advanced potato dregs dryer begins with potato dregs being continuously lifted and scattered by the inner layer's copying plate for optimal heat exchange. The dregs then move to the middle layer for countercurrent drying, where they are repeatedly raised in a 'two steps forward, one step back' motion. Here, the dregs absorb additional heat, extending drying time for superior results. The material then transitions to the outer layer, moving in a rectangular multi-circuit manner. Fully dried dregs quickly exit the drum, while wetter dregs remain for further drying, achieving the perfect drying effect.
