Product Description

The disposal of food waste has always been a concern for people. The content of organic matter in food waste is high, about more than 95% of dry matter. It is easy to corrupt and stink, and breed bacteria, causing the disease to spread. Especially in the summer, secondary pollution can easily occur during collection and transportation. However, in addition to the high content of organic matter in food and kitchen waste, it is also rich in protein, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, and various trace elements. It has the characteristics of complete nutrition elements and high recycling value. Jiutian Brand three-layer single-channel food residue rotary drum dryer(patent number: ZL2009 2 0089749.2). The equipment has the advantages of large production, high efficiency, energy-saving, and small floor area. It can be used together with the clean hot air furnace and is suitable for drying high moisture materials such as food residue and so on. The moisture can be dried quickly from 65-75% to 14-18% at a time, and the dry food residue completely retains its original nutritional components, with bright colors and a delicate scent. Compared with the traditional dryer, energy consumption can be reduced by 30-50%, which can save energy and reduce the operating cost.

Working Principle

Material Flow: the raw material with 75-85% moisture will be sent into the dewatering machine, and then the moisture will be reduced to 60-65%, then feed into the dryer by screw conveyor, concurrent flow drying. Under the effect of the inner shoveling plate, materials are taken and scattered constantly, and move in the spiral forward method. Through three layers (inner, middle, and outer layer), heat exchange is realized between material and hot air medium. The materials that achieve the drying effect move forward fast and are discharged out of the roller. Wet materials that still don't achieve the drying effect couldn't move fast due to self-weight and are dried completely during the controlling route, thus achieving the drying effect. After the whole drying process is completed, materials are discharged by a screw conveyor. The final moisture will be reduced to 14-18% (can be adjusted according to the buyer's requirement). there is a special device inside the dryer, that can prevent the unequal drying of materials.
Air Flow: through the hot blast stove and air blower inflating, the air enters the hot blast stove for combustion heating. Its temperature reaches up to 600-850ºC, then it is inhaled by the dryer-induced draft fan to dry material and evaporate water. When the temperature decreases to 55-60ºC, it is discharged out of the dryer. Wet air containing dust is discharged on standard through dust remover purifying.

1. Automatic feeding system:
After the kitchen waste is uniformly collected and transported to the treatment plant, it is first recorded by the electronic floor scale weighing measurement data, and then unloaded into the receiving temporary storage tank of the kitchen waste storage bin, preheated by the heating system, and evenly distributed by the double screw feeder. It is transported to the double-layer water separation screw, and after the first gravity natural water separation, the first solid-liquid separation is completed, and the material is evenly transported;

2. Automatic sorting system:
(1) The first automatic sorting: It is transported to the belt-type automatic magnetic separator through the double-layer water-separating auger to carry out the process of removing iron impurities. Remove from the material and complete the first automatic sorting;

(2)The second automatic sorting: enter the large impurities separator through the belt-type iron remover, and remove the larger impurities in the material (such as chopsticks, beverage bottles, plastic bags, can rings, stainless steel and other large impurities) through the large impurities. The automatic rotating claw of the trash remover is isolated from the fixed grid, which removes large impurities and automatically falls into the temporary storage box of debris to complete the second automatic sorting;

(3) The third automatic sorting: The materials that have been processed through the bulk processing enter the crushing and sorting machine through the screw conveyor, which can remove inorganic impurities (such as plastics, chopsticks, toothpicks, glass, sand, dishes, etc.) in the garbage. ) is separated out to complete the third automatic sorting.

4. Solid-liquid separation system:
The organic matter after automatic sorting and impurity removal is conveyed by the screw conveyor. In the case of auxiliary heating, the solid grease in the material is turned into liquid grease. Under the action of the screw extrusion dehydrator, the solid liquid is completed by strong extrusion. In the separation process, the solid organic matter is discharged through the screw conveyor and enters the next process.

5. Oil-water separation system:
The liquid separated by the screw extruder contains crude oil components, which is the raw material for making biodiesel and has high economic value. The three substances of oil, water and slag in the liquid can be effectively removed by the three-phase centrifugal oil extractor. The slag can be separated and sold as a commodity, the slag can be returned to the organic matter, and the water can be discharged after being treated by the system.

6. Odor collection and purification system:
The odor in the workshop is collected from various parts, centralized dosing treatment, biological spray dust removal and deodorization filtration activated carbon adsorption and then discharged after deodorization treatment by plasma photocatalyst anion air deodorization and sterilization device.

7. PLC automatic control system:
The whole production process adopts a PLC automatic control system, which has a high degree of automation, less labor, and automatic adjustment of various indicators.
