Product Introduction

The heat pump low-temperature sludge drying treatment system developed by Jiutian Machinery is used in the field of sludge drying treatment. The heat pump unit is used as the heat source for the drying sludge, and no fuel is consumed during the drying process so that transportation and fuel costs can be saved while avoiding fuel pollution to the environment.
Working Principle
The heat pump dryer consists of an air energy heat pump unit, air guiding system, thermal insulation box device, baking room heat exchanger, humidity control system, air circulation system, air supply system, electric auxiliary system, temperature, and humidity detection system, and intelligent control system and other parts.
The heat pump dryer uses the inverse Carnot principle to absorb the heat of the air and transfer it to the room, to improve the temperature of the drying room, and to cope with the corresponding equipment to achieve material drying. A circulatory system is formed by a compressor, a heat exchanger (internal machine), a throttle, a heat absorber (outside machine), a compressor, and the like. The refrigerant circulates in the system under the action of the compressor. It completes the gaseous boosting process in the compressor (temperature up to 100 °C), enters the internal machine to release high-temperature heat to heat the air in the drying room while being cooled and converted into a liquid flow. When it is run to the outside machine, the liquid rapidly absorbs the heat and evaporates again into a gaseous state, and the temperature drops to minus 20 ° C - 30 ° C when the heat source around the heat sink continuously transfers heat to the refrigerant. The continuous circulation of refrigerant realizes the transfer of heat from the heat source to the air temperature in the drying room.
Characteristics
- After the mechanical dewatering sludge is granulated by automatic beading, it is directly into the oven for drying, and the whole process is automated and seamlessly docked. With strong drying and reducing capacity, the dry mud moisture content is adjustable from ≤10% to 50%, and the reduction is as high as 80% or more;
- Innovative four-effect condensing dehumidification and drying technology, the comprehensive dehumidification performance ratio is up to 4.2kg.H20/KW.h, which is 50% more energy efficient than traditional low-temperature drying;
- The whole set of equipment system adopts the closed design, no odor overflow, no need to increase the cost to install an expensive deodorization system, can be directly installed in the plant area, centralized sludge treatment, the condensed water can be discharged directly, without secondary treatment;
- It adopts a closed system design combined with heat pump heat recovery technology, no heat loss, and the system work energy efficiency is better, which is different from the open-type drying equipment with continuous heat dissipation and high-temperature heating;
- Fully closed 40-75°C low-temperature operation, no nitrogen filling, dry process oxygen content <12%, dust concentration <60g / m3, particle temperature <70 ° C, no dust and explosion hazard, discharge temperature <50°C, no need secondary cooling, can be stored directly;
- Fully automatic operation, saving a lot of labor costs; PLC+ touch screen intelligent control, can realize remote centralized control;
- It adopts corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel, and the heat exchanger is treated with electroplating anti-corrosion treatment. There is no mechanical wear during operation and the service life is long;
- It is suitable for urban living sludge decontamination and centralized treatment technology, which can better solve the difficult problem of urban sludge disposal, is not affected by external environment temperature and humidity and is suitable for use in various regions.
