Product Introduction
  With the rapid development of industrial and urban construction, industrial wastewater and domestic sewage are increasing. In order to prevent pollution and protect the environment, sewage must be treated. In sewage treatment, sludge with a high liquid content is produced, and the sludge treatment must first be dehydrated, otherwise, it cannot be transported and comprehensively utilized. At present, there are many sludge dewatering machines, and the belt press filter has the advantages of high efficiency, energy-saving, and continuous operation compared with other sludge dewatering machines, so its application is increasingly widespread.
  The extra-large four-belt sludge dehydrator is a new generation of heavy-duty dehydrator which integrates material concentration and strong press dehydrating on the basis of our company's long-term research and development of material mechanical dehydrating equipment. The total length of the equipment is 18m. It is composed of four filter belts combined into two independent press dewatering zones, a large arc pre-pressing section, and six L-shaped extra large diameter double-sided dewatering rollers. The processing capacity is particularly large, which is suitable for the rapid deep dewatering of mud which is difficult to dewater on large scale and is suitable for users with higher requirements for dehydration
Sludge Dewatering in Sewage Treatment Equipment
Working Principle
  The extra-large four-belt sludge dehydrator is composed of a drive device, frame, press roller, upper filter belt, lower filter belt, filter belt tensioning device, filter belt cleaning device, discharge device, air control system, electrical control system, and so on. It is a fully automatic and efficient deep mud and water separator suitable for mud wastewater dewatering treatment in all industries. It does not need high-power motor energy consumption. It can be solidified by liquid by simple chemical reaction and physical-mechanical pressure filtration. It can complete the continuous production of mud cake with stable mechanical performance, fully automatic 24-hour continuous production operation, large processing capacity, and high output. The filter cake has a low moisture content, stable mechanical properties, easy operation, and basically no manual operation after debugging, which can save a lot of labor costs. The processed mud cake can be piled up and agglomerated, and no water is dripped during transportation. The separated water can be directly discharged or recycled.
Sludge Dewatering in Sewage Treatment Equipment
  The mud enters the dynamic (static) state mixer through the transfer pump, and is mixed with the concentration of 0.05~0.1% of the cation (positive) ion flocculant solution and fully reacted, and the tiny solid particles (or suspended matter) in the slurry are aggregated, condensed into a large volume of flocculent mass, the combined water and surface water between the materials are separated into free water. When the material is transported and spread to the filter line of the extended gravity pre-dewatering zone (or belt concentrator), under the action of gravity, free water permeates through the back of the filter to ooze and separate, forming a non-flowing mud to reach the press dewatering zone to implement greater pressure conditions. Then, with the movement of the mesh belt, it is clamped between the upper and lower two mesh belts. Through the filter belt with adjustable tensioning force, the rolling roller with gradually decreasing diameter, and the compression roller, the continuous and slow increase of roller extrusion pressure and shear force is implemented. Through the wedge zone, low-pressure zone, medium pressure zone, high-pressure zone, and strong pinch clamping zone, the water in the mud is continuously squeezed out by stepwise pressurization, and then the filter cake with lower moisture content is discharged. The scraper is scraped off, and the upper and lower filter belts are separated. The high-pressure washing water and the roller brush remove the trace particles in the pores of the surface of the filter screen and continue to the next dehydration cycle.
