Chain hot air furnace is an industrial heating equipment that uses coal or granular materials as fuel, realizes continuous combustion through chain grate and outputs high-temperature hot air. Its core advantages are simple structure, stable heat supply and high degree of automation.Combustion furnace, feeder, slag remover, blower, main drive reducer, air distribution duct, ash cleaning door, etc.
The working principle of the chain hot air furnace is that the fuel is lifted to the storage hopper in front of the furnace by the feeder, and falls from the hopper to the front end of the grate by its own weight, and moves slowly from front to back with the grate, and enters the furnace through the gate. The height of the gate can be adjusted freely to control the thickness of the fuel layer. The air is introduced from the partitioned air supply chamber under the grate through the blower, intersecting with the movement direction of the fuel layer. The fuel is heated by radiation in the furnace, and preheating, drying, ignition, and combustion are completed in sequence until it is burned out. The ash moves to the rear with the grate, falls into the rear water-cooled ash hopper through the slag baffle, and is discharged by the slag remover. According to different types of fuel (various coals, coke, biomass fuels, etc.), the furnace is equipped with an adaptive front arch, rear arch, and a scientific combination of front and rear arches to ensure that the fuel entering the furnace can be burned in a timely and sufficient manner, thereby improving thermal efficiency. The high-temperature purification chamber is equipped with a dust cleaning door for easy dust cleaning, and an air distribution door is set at the rear to easily adjust the temperature of the hot air.

1. Stable heating: The continuous movement of the chain grate ensures the stable combustion of the fuel layer, thereby outputting hot air with constant temperature and pressure.
2 . High degree of automation: Modern chain-type hot air furnaces are usually equipped with control systems such as automatic coal loading, automatic slag discharge, and automatic temperature adjustment, which reduces the intensity of manual operation.
3. High combustion efficiency: By optimizing the furnace structure and air supply system, the fuel can be fully burned and the thermal efficiency can be improved.
Wide range of applications: It can be applied to a variety of fuels, such as bituminous coal, anthracite, biomass pellets, etc.
