Utilizing a downstream drying process, its superior working principle encompasses the following stages:
1. **Feeding Area:** Here, the coal interfaces with high-temperature hot air, facilitating rapid moisture evaporation. The material is then guided by a steeply angled guide plate, preparing it for the next stage.
2. **Copy Plate Area:** In this section, the coal is lifted by the copy board, creating a curtain-like effect. Enhanced contact with hot air ensures swift moisture evaporation, transforming it into water vapor, which is promptly removed by the induced draft fan. This phase reduces the coal's moisture content to less than 15% or as required, achieving the ideal dryness level for discharge.
3. **Discharging Area:** This final stage is free from copy plates, allowing the material to glide smoothly to the discharge port, thereby completing the entire drying process efficiently and effectively.
Technical Structural Characteristics of the Coal Drum Dryer
1. The coal fixed-speed quantitative feeder expertly addresses the challenges of coal feeding consistency and travel uniformity within the dryer. It effectively mitigates issues of intermittent feeding, material blockages, and large instantaneous material volumes, laying the groundwork for enhanced evaporation intensity.

This design ensures that the material is uniformly distributed, thereby maximizing heat exchange between coal and hot air, accelerating moisture vaporization and evaporation.
(2) Patented technology for layered drying in the rotary drum dryer. This advanced system ensures uniform drying by adjusting for different heating and travel speeds of granular materials, preventing over-drying of small granules and uneven heating of larger ones.
3. Careful selection and optimization of the hot blast furnace's internal structure and masonry quality reduce air leakage and oxygen content in hot air to below 5%. This allows precise temperature control between 700-1100°C, ensuring a stable and homogeneous heat source for high-intensity dryer operations.
4. The measurement and control technology system integrates a computer operating platform with frequency conversion PLC control technology. It synchronizes control over key parameters like temperature, pressure, oxygen concentration, and equipment speed, enabling automatic detection and control across the system. This ensures stable, high-output, high-quality, energy-efficient, and safe operations with explosion-proof features.
5. A refined three-stage dust collection system combines gravity sedimentation, cyclone dust collection, and wet/bag dust collectors to ensure dust concentration is below 30mg/Nm3, thus meeting stringent exhaust emission standards.
