The gas flow is: the dryer is equipped with a high-efficiency and energy-saving hot blast stove, and the fuel can be natural gas, diesel, coal, wood, straw, rice husk, etc. The fuel combustion produces oxygen-depleted hot flue gas with a temperature of 500-650 °C, which is precipitated and removed by ash. After the dryer, the induced draft fan is sucked into the dryer to dry the material, evaporate the water, and the temperature is lowered to 50-65 °C and discharged from the dryer. The dust-laden moisture is purified and discharged by the dust collector.
