Working Principle

Coconut & Palm Slag Rotary Dryer, mainly consists of hot blast stove, feed conveyor, rotary drum dryer, discharge conveyor, dust collector, power distribution cabinet; Under the turning of the evenly distributed tooth-copying and stirring device, the material is evenly dispersed and fully contacted with the hot air, rapidly heat transfer, mass transfer, drying, and discharge to the drum discharge port. The selection and design of the process parameters of the production line and the technical parameters of each equipment and the structure are obtained after careful analysis and research on the coconut silk fiber material, and are verified by the actual coconut silk fiber drying test. In the design of the scheme, considering the characteristics of silk fibers that are flammable, easy to agglomerate, and wrapped in bran residue, a series of technologies and processes are adopted to solve the problem to ensure good drying effect and cleanliness of silk fibers.
