The High Performance Bagasse Rotary Dryer is engineered for the efficient drying of sugar cane bagasse, transforming it into pellet fuels or powder feeds. The dryer system is composed of a heater, feeding machine, rotary drum, discharging machine, induced draft fan, unloading feeder, cyclone, and power distribution cabinet, ensuring a seamless and effective drying process.

Working Principle

 

The material embarks on its drying journey by entering the inner layer of the rotary drum from the feeding device, initiating downstream drying. Within this inner layer, the material is continuously lifted and scattered in a spiral pattern by the lifting plates, allowing for robust heat exchange. As the material moves to the opposite end of the inner layer, it transitions into the middle layer for countercurrent drying. Here, it is continuously elevated, advancing two steps forward and one step back, ensuring optimal heat absorption from both the inner and middle drums, hence extending the drying duration. Achieving the desired dryness, the material proceeds to the outer layer, moving in a rectangular multi-loop pattern. Materials that reach the drying target swiftly exit the drum propelled by hot air, while the remaining wet materials, weighed down, continue to dry fully in this efficient rectangular copy board, completing the drying process.
