Product Features
1. Low operating costs. The screw press dehydrates with the physical principle by squeezing. During the process of dehydration, there is no need to provide additional energy to heat, which is extremely lower in energy consumption compared to other drying equipment of the same.
2. The low moisture of residues. Analysis and calculation based on the materials to be dehydrated provided by each customer in order to pick up the appropriate equipment to decrease the rate of moisture content of the residues.
3. Wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The anti-wear coating on key parts, an additional alloy cutter welded on the surface of the screw conveyor to increase its wear resistance; the key parts are made of 304 stainless steel which is more acid resistance, alkali resistance and corrosion resistance to increase the service life of the equipment.

Working Principle
After starting the small mobile type kitchen waste dehydrator, the kitchen waste that needs dehydration uniformly feeding on material feeding box, material move toward the discharging end in axial direction under the pushing of a spiral rotating blade, under the big pressure effect of changed screw pitch, crew and adjustment damper, material complete the mechanical dehydration work. Water content goes through the screen and discharges at the outlet port, the dehydrated material discharge at the discharging box. To the difference of material type and changing of capacity all can be realized by adjusting the dehydrator, to achieve coordination between dewatering and production.
