Biomass dryer is a kind of equipment specially used for drying biomass materials. Working Principle of Biomass Waste Dryer
Biomass waste dryers consist of a heating furnace, feeding port, drum, filter drum, conveying pipe, cooling drum, and discharging port. Biomass waste is fully dried in the rotary drum and gets separated again before entering the conveying pipe for further drying. The baffler can keep the impurities out of the conveying pipe and ensures the high quality of dried Biomass waste. With the combined work of rotary drum and injection pipe, wet materials are fluidized and fully contacted with the hot flow.
Biomass fuel production line process:
Raw material preparation: The collected raw materials are pre-treated, including removing impurities, adjusting humidity, etc., to ensure the smooth progress of the subsequent processing process. The raw materials also need to be chopped or crushed to reach a particle size suitable for pelletizing.
Drying: The wet material is dried by drying equipment to reduce its moisture content to an appropriate level.
Pellet molding: The dried raw materials are sent to the pelletizing molding equipment, and after heating and pressure, they are pressed through the mold orifice plate to form granular solid fuel.
Cooling: The newly formed biomass pellets are cooled to prevent them from re-absorbing moisture or deforming.
Screening: Unqualified pellets are removed through screening equipment to improve the quality of finished pellets.
Packaging: Qualified biomass pellets are packaged for easy transportation and storage.
