Many sets of combined distillation carbonization furnace, used the hoisting composite structure, the method of using hanging from the cooling, greatly shorten the production cycle, improve the efficiency of charcoal production, meanwhile using a unique cooking gas (volatile hydrogen material and tar, etc.) back - burning technology, make full use of the flue gas produced by carbonization, in addition, to meet the demand of heat stove, to achieve energy conservation and environmental protection requirements, excess gas can serve as a heat source for drying, which save a lot of fuel in the production, improve the benefit of enterprise. Working Principle
1. Heating parts: includes three heating room (for heating the stove), furnace body and heat keeping layer (it is made of the heat insulating material, used for keeping the heating) and the drought fan;
2. Carbonizing parts: consist of four carbonizing tubes, Both of them are made of heat resistance thermal steel, under the drive of the machine, the sawdust will be delivered to tube 1, when the sawdust reach the end of tube 1, it will turn around to the tube 2, and so on, after four tubes carbonization, the sawdust will become charcoal powder;
3. Gas recycle part: When during the process of carbonizing, there will be some smoke. ( can be burning) the smoke can return to the furnace through a tube for purifying, after purification, the gas recycle tubes can flow into the heating room of the main furnace for heating the machine again;
4. Smoking purification parts: in this machine, there are two purification tank, the first one to purify the smoking ( can not burning ), and the other one is used to purification the gas smoking when the working process, The smoking through the purification system will become water vapor, and it will not pollute the air;
5. Cooling parts: in the backside of the machine, there is one tube for cooling the hot charcoal powder, so we can get the charcoal powder directly; 
6. Controlling parts: For the whole machine we will equip one electrical control box to control the three electric motors.
