The food waste dryer and feeding complete equipment developed by our company is a kind of device that produces high protein feed by using restaurant, canteens scrap swill as raw material, through quick edulcoration, extruding, and de-watering, disinfection, sterilization, and drying.
It is also called the kitchen waste dryer, including steps such as human(automatic) sorting, solid-liquid separation, smashing, oil-water separation, solid fermentation, drying, and sterilization, grinding, packing, adding feed additive and pelleting, etc. It reduces resource gratuitous waste and food waste environmental pollution. This system introduces complete machine equipment, processes food waste, and achieves resource regenerating use. It turns food waste into wealth, becoming a necessary feed in the breeding industry. This technology changes waste into a high quantity of heat feed by crushing, de-watering, and drying. The feed is of golden color, even particle, which completely solves the environmental pollution caused by city catering groups when they abandon food waste at will and don't reuse the food waste.
1. Automatic feeding system:
After the kitchen waste is uniformly collected and transported to the treatment plant, it is first recorded by the electronic floor scale weighing measurement data, and then unloaded into the receiving temporary storage tank of the kitchen waste storage bin, preheated by the heating system, and evenly distributed by the double screw feeder. It is transported to the double-layer water separation screw, and after the first gravity natural water separation, the first solid-liquid separation is completed, and the material is evenly transported;
2.Automatic sorting system:
(1)The first automatic sorting: It is transported to the belt-type automatic magnetic separator through the double-layer water-separating auger to carry out the process of removing iron impurities. Remove from the material and complete the first automatic sorting;
(2) The second automatic sorting: enter the large impurities separator through the belt-type iron remover, and remove the larger impurities in the material (such as chopsticks, beverage bottles, plastic bags, can rings, stainless steel and other large impurities) through the large impurities. The automatic rotating claw of the trash remover is isolated from the fixed grid, which removes large impurities and automatically falls into the temporary storage box of debris to complete the second automatic sorting;
(3)The third automatic sorting: The materials that have been processed through the bulk processing enter the crushing and sorting machine through the screw conveyor, which can remove inorganic impurities (such as plastics, chopsticks, toothpicks, glass, sand, dishes, etc.) in the garbage. ) is separated out to complete the third automatic sorting.
3.Solid-liquid separation system:
The organic matter after automatic sorting and impurity removal is conveyed by the screw conveyor. In the case of auxiliary heating, the solid grease in the material is turned into liquid grease. Under the action of the screw extrusion dehydrator, the solid-liquid is completed by strong extrusion. In the separation process, the solid organic matter is discharged through the screw conveyor and enters the next process.
4.Oil-water separation system:
The liquid separated by the screw extruder contains crude oil components, which is the raw material for making biodiesel and has high economic value. The three substances of oil, water and slag in the liquid can be effectively removed by the three-phase centrifugal oil extractor. The slag can be separated and sold as a commodity, the slag can be returned to the organic matter, and the water can be discharged after being treated by the system.
5. Odor collection and purification system:
The odor in the workshop is collected from various parts, centralized dosing treatment, biological spray dust removal and deodorization filtration, activated carbon adsorption, and then discharged after deodorization treatment by plasma photocatalyst anion air deodorization and sterilization device.
6. PLC automatic control system:
The whole production process adopts PLC automatic control system, which has a high degree of automation, less labor, and automatic adjustment of various indicators.
1.Smart control & One-step operation. The operation parameters are under automatic control to ensure the best running condition and moisture stability of dry materials.
2.Impurities self-removal. Iron dust and other impurities are cleaned and would not enter the following process.
3. The insulation effect of the drum is as high as 70% (35% for the traditional product), raising the heat efficiency by 30%.
