Working Principle

Composition of manure organic fertilizer production line
1. Fermentation equipment: Fermentation equipment is the core part of the production line, which is used to ferment the mixed materials and convert them into organic fertilizer. Fermentation equipment can be in the form of fermentation tanks, fermentation tanks or composting fermentation fields. Common organic fertilizer fermentation equipment includes organic fertilizer fermentation tanks and organic fertilizer turners. According to the working mode, it can be divided into vertical mixer and horizontal mixer; according to the equipment structure, it can be divided into single-shaft mixer and double-shaft mixer.

4. Granulation equipment: used to granulate the fermented materials to form granular organic fertilizers that are easy to store and transport. Granulators are of various types, such as disc granulators, drum granulators, flat film extrusion granulators, etc.

5. Drying and cooling equipment: The dryer is used to remove excess water from the granulated organic fertilizer, while the cooler is used to reduce the temperature of the organic fertilizer for subsequent packaging and storage. Common drying equipment includes drum dryers, and cooling equipment includes drum coolers.

6. Screening equipment: used to screen the dried and cooled organic fertilizer to remove impurities and unqualified particles. According to the working mode, it can be divided into drum screens and vibrating grading screens.

7. Packaging equipment: used to package the screened organic fertilizer for sale and use.
