3. According to the heat source selected by the user and the environmental impact assessment standards of the project location, the single-machine dust collector, the double-click dust removal system and the three-level dust removal system are flexibly matched, and the dust exhaust gas discharges up to the standard and passes the environmental impact assessment.
4. The dryer adopts "aligning roller device", which makes the cooperation between the roller and the rolling ring in linear contact, which greatly reduces the wear and power loss.

The working principle of the slime drying equipment is as follows: the wet slime with a moisture content of about 30% has a certain viscosity, and the wet slime enters the dryer during the drying process and is divided into the following six working areas:
1. In the material guide area, the wet mud enters this area and contacts with high-temperature hot air to quickly evaporate the water. The material is transferred to the next working area if it cannot form a bond under the movement of the large guide angle copying plate;
2. Repeated crushing and beating cleaning area. The equipment in this area is designed with a crushing, beating and cleaning device. The wet mud is picked up by the grid-shaped lifting board, crushed and beaten, and large pieces of wet mud are crushed and kneaded into 20-40mm granular coal slime after repeated crushing and beating. Agglomerates, forming a material curtain state, increasing the heat exchange area, increasing the drying rate, and the cleaning device reasonably cleans the mud adhered to the inner wall to prevent the wet mud from sticking;
3. In the main drying area, the wet mud treated in the second area is in a granular and loose state. The material is picked up by the inclined lifting plate in this area to form a uniform material state, fully heat exchange with the hot air, and strong precipitation;
4. Beating and crushing drying area, where the mud is repeatedly beaten and crushed, and the mud particles are broken from 20-40mm to 10-20mm (the size required by the customer), and the moisture is further reduced;
5. Strengthen the drying area, the crushed small particles of mud are lifted up by the intensive lifting board in the area, fully absorb the heat of the hot air, discharge the water, meet the water requirements, and prepare to discharge;
6. In the discharge area, in order to prevent the discharge of dust, the drum does not have a lifting plate in this area, the material rolls and slides to the discharge port, and the moisture of the slime drops to about 12-15% and is discharged out of the dryer to complete the entire drying process.
This type of equipment can be used for drying all kinds of coal, lignite, carbon coal, including anthracite, lean coal and poor lean coal, lean coal, coking coal, fat coal, air fertilizer coal, gas coal, coal, and weakly caking coal, not sticky coal, long flame coal, lignite, coal washing, screening, raw coal, bituminous coal, the tail coal, midding coal, etc. Equipment can be made according to the customers' requirements.
