It is suitable for peat, sludge, bean dregs, starch slag, sauce residue, spray corn husk, cassava slag, brewer's grains, distillers' grain, straw, grass, organic fertilizer, chicken cow dung and other moisture about 50-85% high humidity material drying. Working Principle

The flowchart of material: Moisture content is about 50-65% and peat is fed by a screw conveyor into a rotary drum dryer to achieve downstream drying. The materials are continuously picked up and scattered under the copying board, and the materials are scattered and spirally advanced. The inner of dryer has stirring blade device will make the material fully stirred, break up and beat, and the material and the hot gas are fully in heat exchange. The moisture quickly evaporates and vaporizes. The material that achieves the drying effect quickly moves out of the drum under the action of hot air. The wet material that does not reach the drying effect that cannot travel fast due to its own weight, and the material inside of the drum is fully dried to achieve a drying effect, and the drying process is completed and discharged from the screw conveyor. The flowchart of gas: the air is heated by the hot air furnace of draught fan and enter the hot air furnace to burn and get heated, the temperature reaches 600-850°C. After the dryer, the induced draft fan draws the material in the dryer to dry, evaporate water, pass the three-layer heat exchange, and the wind temperature reduced to 55-60°C and discharged from the dryer. The dust containing wet dust passes the cyclone dust collector and the wet dust collector gets to the emission standards.
