Sludge Dewatering Belt Filter Press is a new type successfully developed by our company and national research institute on the basis of introducing advanced foreign technology. Belt Dehydration Machine Working Principle
Belt type filter press the whole working process can be divided into 3 basic stages: sludge flocculation, gravity pressure filter press filter gravity dehydration, squeeze dehydration/Dewater.
1. Sludge Flocculation
Sludge dehydration before must first through the flocculation process, flocculation refers to using a flocculant (that is, a kind of polymer, polymer electrolytes) was carried out on the suspension to processing, flocculants, and sludge after mixing, the solid phase particles in the suspension system to adhesive produces condensation phenomenon and the solid phase liquid phase separation. Sludge flocculation was conducted in the flocculation reactor and sludge in the flocculation reactor residence time of about 1 to 3 min.
2. Gravity Dehydration
Approved by flocculation in the sludge moisture content 99.3% the thickener gravity dehydration, sludge moisture content up to 95-98%, in order to reduce the liquidity of sludge before squeezing, must emerge more free water and gravity dehydration zone is to implement this function, the sludge in the filter pack is not affected by the external force, the filter belt sludge load running section has an Angle, with the friction coefficient of the filter with the mud and water, mud filter belt drag line up, down, water accumulated sludge has a process, relatively extended the gravity dehydration time, out in favor of free water. Sludge through a reverse return to squeeze the filter pack, before getting into two belt clamping press, in a single filter take random operation, its role is to make the sludge evacuating, evenly distributed over the surface of the filter belt further dehydration.
3. Squeeze and Dewater
Sludge gravity dehydration, as the movement of the belt into the filter belt between the wedge pressing section, to get to the compression, dehydration, and take off a part of free water on the surface of the sludge, and then enter the consists of seven roller "S" shape of the press section, due to the sludge decreases as the filter belt between multiple sticks to the shear force produced by bending, to squeeze out internal free water.

5. It works continuously from feeding to cake discharging. It has a high degree of automation. PLC interface can be installed as needed to realize centralized control by computer.
6. Power transmission adopts mechanical or frequency step-less speed regulation, so as to get a wide speed range and application spectrum.
7. Each belt is equipped with a pneumatic tensioning and auto rectifying system to ensure the safe operation of the filter belt.
Product Details
Rubber belt: excellent flexibility and long service life.
Rubber belt support device: rubber belt adopts roller supporting and reduces moving resistance and good for prolonging the service life of the rubber belt.
Equipped with a fixed vacuum box: rubber belt moves on the box and forms the moving seal together with the box.
Cloth washing device: cleaning filter cloth.including cloth brush roller and high-pressure nozzles.
Rubber tension device: rubber tension device adjust the tension of the rubber belt by the screw, makes sure enough friction, and no-deviation running.
Cake-washing: according to the requirement of the process, it can realize the downstream washing and countercurrent washing.
Vacuum box and lift-fall device: vacuum box adopts separate sections, forming the vacuum system. It has designed a lift-fall device, convenient to replace the friction belt.
Deviation-rectifying device: adopt cylinder or air-bag to move an angle of the deviation-correcting the deviation of the filter cloth, make sure the filter cloth runs correctly.
