Product Description

BSG are major by-products in beer production. However, high moisture (80-85%) brings a lot of problems to utilization and transportation. Today the best way to solve this problem is to dehydrate BSG and transfer them into composite feed, which could be effectively absorbed. According to the need of different livestock, people could make variable feed by adding specific additives such as trace elements. In this way, BSG could get fully used, which could bring priceless environmental benefits and economic benefits.  By considering the situation of the global market, our company cooperated with the relevant design institute, eventually designing and manufacturing the 'extruding-desiccation machine plus BSG dryer' systems. The new product line could fulfill continuous and stable production and has the characterization of low cost, easy installation and maintenance, and less need for labor. Meanwhile, the product moisture of the dehydration process and drying process could separately approach 50-65% and 12%, which is satisfying. According to the test report of the national feed quality supervision, inspection, and test center, the nutrient in BSG will not be lost in the process of dehydration and drying. Currently, we could provide different series of drying equipment to meet the demand of different beer suppliers. 

 

Product Features

1. PLC smart control & high automaticity. The performance of the rotary dryer and moisture content of dry materials is automatically controlled in stable states.
2. High heat efficiency. The design of multiple circumferential flights combination and flow rate adjustment devices ensure the control of the drying period and temperature distribution. The effect of insulation is as high as 70% and raises heat efficiency by 20%.

Working Principle

The 60-65% liquor lees screw conveyor is sent to the mixing drum dryer to achieve downstream drying. The materials are continuously picked up and scattered under the copy board and move forward in a spiral manner. The built-in multi-layer copy board structure fully mixes the materials. Disperse and throw, the material and the hot air fully exchange heat, the moisture quickly evaporates and vaporizes, the material that achieves the drying effect quickly travels out of the drum under the action of the hot air, and the wet material that does not achieve the drying effect cannot travel quickly due to its own weight. Drying, which achieves the drying effect, completes the drying process and is discharged by the screw conveyor. A shock cleaning device is installed inside the drum to prevent the material from adhering to the wall of the drum. The gas flow is: the air is pressurized by the hot blast stove blower into the hot blast stove for combustion and heating, and the temperature reaches 600-950 ºC. It is sucked into the dryer by the induced draft fan after the dryer to dry the material and evaporate the moisture. After three layers of heat exchange, the wind temperature is lowered to 55-60ºC and discharged out of the dryer. The dust-containing moisture is collected by the cyclone dust collector, and the wet dust collector is purified and discharged to the standard.
