The problem of sewage sludge treatment has become a major environmental problem that needs to be solved in today's society.
  The effective means of sewage treatment is to dehydrate and dry the sewage. The volume of dried sludge can be reduced by 4~5 times, the products are odorless and free of pathogens, and they can be used as fertilizer, soil conditioner, alternative energy, and so on.

^{Working Principle}

  ^{The drying system contains a heat source, drying device, conveying device, dust removing, and deodorizing device.}

  ^{Heat source: It uses combustion natural gas and external regenerative heat to improve the combustion efficiency of natural gas.}

  ^{Drying equipment: Using patented products, dispersing drum dryer. Inside the dryer, there is a high-speed running shaft that disperses the viscous sludge to solve the problem of sludge viscosity and improves heat exchange efficiency. In the dryer, six drying process working areas are respectively set, and the final material moisture is less than 25%, the whole drying process is completed and the material is discharged from the dryer to the next process.
  Dust removal and deodorization equipment: This system adopts a four-stage dust removal and deodorization method. The first-stage cyclone dust collector can remove dust particles from exhaust gas; the second-stage acid washing method removes the odor gas, the third-stage uses the alkali washing method to remove the odor gas; the fourth-stage uses the ultraviolet ray decomposition method. The final odor gas can be controlled within 2000 dimensionless.}
