The sawdust dryer is designed to efficiently dry various waste materials including sawdust, wood chips, wood shavings, wheat straw, bark, bagasse, and pasture grass. Once dried, these materials can be easily processed into fuel using molding equipment, supporting the local wood pellet biomass fueling industry.
The wet materials are continuously fed into the drum via a screw conveyor and are swiftly dried by the high-speed hot flow, ensuring a quick and effective drying process.
The sawdust dryer by Zhengzhou Jiutian Technology Machinery Co., Ltd. efficiently removes moisture from wet materials to produce powder or pellet dry materials. It consists of a heating furnace, feeding port, drum, filter drum, conveying pipe, cooling drum, and discharging port.
The material enters the inner layer of the rotary drum from the feeding device for downstream drying. It is picked up and scattered under the copying plate in a spiral manner to exchange heat. The material then moves to the middle layer for countercurrent drying, where it is repeatedly raised and advanced. The material fully absorbs heat from the inner and middle drums, extending the drying time until reaching the desired dry state. Finally, the material travels through the outer drum in a multi-loop pattern, achieving efficient drying under the hot air action.
