The coconut fiber drying process is: after desalination and dehydration, 50-60% of the coconut chaff is sent to the drum by the conveyor to achieve downstream drying. The coconut chaff is continuously picked up and scattered under the inner layer of the copying plate and moves forward in a spiral manner. , Through the inner, middle and outer layers, the heat exchange between coconut chaff and hot air is realized. The coconut chaff that achieves the drying effect will travel quickly out of the drum under the action of the wind. The wet pasture that has not reached the drying effect cannot travel quickly due to its own weight. Fully drying is carried out in the control stroke, so as to achieve the drying effect, the moisture of the coconut chaff is reduced to 14-18% (customer's request), the drying process is completed, and it is discharged by the screw conveyor. A special removal device is installed inside the drum to prevent uneven drying of coconut chaff.
The gas flow is: the dryer is equipped with a high-efficiency and energy-saving hot-blast stove. The fuel can be natural gas, diesel, coal, wood, straw, rice husk, etc. The fuel is burned to produce oxygen-depleted hot flue gas at a temperature of 500-650°C. After the dryer, the induced draft fan sucks in the dryer to dry the materials and evaporates the water. The temperature is reduced to 50-65ºC and exits the dryer. The dust-containing moisture is purified and discharged by the dust collector.
