The flash dryer is a new type of continuous drying equipment that integrates drying, crushing and screening. The flash dryer is especially suitable for drying materials in the form of filter cake, paste, and slurry.
Flash dryer work flow: It is mainly composed of air filter, heater, feeder, hot air distribution chamber, flash dryer, classification chamber, cyclone collector, bag dust collector, induced draft fan and other major equipment. After the paste material from the filter press is initially crushed by stirring in the heater, it is quantitatively sent to the fluidization section of the dryer by the screw feeder. In the fluidization section, it is further centrifuged and broken by the stirrer. Fresh air is needed during the drying process. It is introduced through the filter, heated to the required temperature through the heating period, and then sent to the hot air distributor. It enters the fluidization section through the slit at the bottom of the dryer at a high wind speed, and fully contacts the materials being stirred, causing the materials to form a fluidized state and start boiling. . Because the material is in a state of centrifugation, stirring, and crushing, the surface layer of the block (or spherical) material is quickly dried and separated to form smaller spherical or irregular spherical particles, which are sent to the classifier under the action of rotating hot air. The wetter undried particles fall back into the drying chamber. The fine materials fed into the classifier are discharged from the cyclone collector, and then separated by the bag filter. The air is discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust fan, and the materials are discharged from the bottom of the cyclone collector and bag filter.

1. Set up an inverted cone structure in the fluidization section at the bottom of the flash drying chamber to gradually expand the drying gas flow section from bottom to top. The bottom airflow is relatively large and the upper airflow is relatively small, thereby ensuring that the large particles in the lower part are in a fluidized state. At the same time, the small particles in the upper part are also in a fluidized state, causing the hot air to rotate along the cone, increasing the wind speed at the bottom, reducing the length of the cantilever part of the mixing shaft, and increasing the safety and reliability of operation; the bearing can be placed outside the machine , effectively prevent the bearing from working in high temperature area, thereby extending the service life of the bearing.
2. A scraper is installed on the mixing teeth. While the material is crushed by the mixing teeth, it is also thrown towards the machine wall and sticks to the wall. If it is not scraped off in time, it will cause the equipment to vibrate in serious cases, and even cause the mixer to become stuffy and unable to rotate. . A scraper is installed on the mixing teeth, which can peel off the material stuck to the machine wall in time to avoid sticking to the wall.
3.The number of revolutions of the stirring shaft is controlled by a stepless speed regulating motor. Choose different rotation speeds according to the product particle size requirements. The faster the stirring shaft rotates, the smaller the particle size of the product will be.
4.A classifier is installed on the upper part of the dryer. By changing the hole diameter of the classifier and the height of the classification section, the air flow rate is changed to control the size and quantity of particles leaving the dryer, the final moisture content and the residence time of the material in the drying section.
5.The rotation speed of the screw conveyor of the feeding machine is controlled by an inorganic speed regulating motor. Control the feeding speed according to the material properties and drying process parameters.
