Fly Ash Dryer Equipment Treatment Process
When the hot air temperature of the hot blast stove reaches 350°C, under the instruction of the PC system, each equipment starts to work. The wet material conveying equipment feeds wet fly ash with a moisture content of less than 20% into the break-up feeder. Enter the storage bin, and then pass through the screw feeder to evenly send the fly ash into the drying drum. Compared with the traditional drum dryer, the equipment saves one third of energy and greatly reduces the production cost. The technology is at the leading level in China. Its working principle is as follows: The material enters the inner layer of the three-layer drum from the feeding device to realize downstream flow. During drying, the material is continuously picked up and scattered under the copying board in the inner layer to realize heat exchange, and the material moves to the other end of the inner layer and enters the middle layer for countercurrent drying. In the way of two steps forward and one step backward, the material in the middle layer not only fully absorbs the heat emitted by the inner drum, but also absorbs the heat of the middle drum, and at the same time prolongs the drying time, and the material reaches the best drying state here. The material travels to the other end of the middle layer and falls into the outer layer. The material travels in a rectangular multi-loop way in the outer drum. The material that achieves the drying effect quickly travels and exits the drum under the action of hot air. The wet material that does not achieve the drying effect cannot be quickly due to its own weight. The material is fully dried in this rectangular copy board, thereby achieving the drying effect and completing the drying process. The wet fly ash and the hot air flow have confiscated heat exchange, and the main methods are convection and heat conduction, and the radiation method also plays a certain role. The three-layer drum structure is beneficial to the residence time of the long material in the equipment, that is, the heat exchange time is increased, the heat energy utilization efficiency is improved, and the equipment footprint is reduced.
Features of fly ash dryer
1. The final moisture content of the material is guaranteed to be less than 0.5%, which is the first product of the fly ash and slag powder production line.
2. The thermal efficiency of the self-insulation of the cylinder is as high as 80% or more (the thermal efficiency of the traditional single-cylinder dryer is only 35%), and the thermal efficiency is increased by 45%.
3. The fuel can be used for coal, oil and steam, and can dry block, granular and powdery materials below 20mm.
4. Compared with the single-cylinder dryer, the floor area is reduced by about 50%, the civil construction investment is reduced by about 50%, and the power consumption is reduced by 60%.
5. It is made of alloy steel plate, which is 4 times more wear-resistant than ordinary steel.
6. The final moisture index required can be easily adjusted according to user requirements.
7. The outlet air temperature is low, and the dust removal equipment is used for a long time.
8. There is no need for large and small gears to rotate, and tugs are used to rotate.
