Drying Process
Working Principle
The crushed corn stalks are sent to the tumble dryer by the screw conveyor. The wet stalks are continuously picked up and scattered by the action of the copying board, and they move forward in a spiral manner. Exchange, the moisture is quickly evaporated and gasified, the material that has achieved the drying effect travels quickly under the action of hot air and is discharged from the drum, and the wet material that does not achieve the drying effect cannot travel quickly due to its own weight, and continues to be fully dried, thus completing the drying process, which is conveyed by the screw machine discharge.
