The sludge belt dewatering machine is a new generation of material concentration and strong strength developed by our company on the basis of the long-term development of material mechanical dewatering equipment, aiming at the characteristics of large water content and high viscosity of sludge, and combining the technologies of many industries at home and abroad. A heavy-duty dewatering equipment integrating squeezing and dewatering. The equipment adopts the concentrated filter press horizontal split structure, and the processing capacity is relatively large. It is suitable for the rapid dehydration of large-scale sand washing plants, machine-made sand plants, mining enterprises, construction piling and other mud.
Compared with other sludge dewatering machinery, the belt press filter has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving and continuous operation, so its application is becoming more and more extensive.
Belt type filter press the whole working process can be divided into 3 basic stages: sludge flocculation, gravity pressure filter press filter gravity dehydration, squeeze dehydration/Dewater.
1. Sludge Flocculation
Sludge dehydration before must first through the flocculation process, flocculation refers to using a flocculant (that is, a kind of polymer, polymer electrolytes) was carried out on the suspension to processing, flocculants, and sludge after mixing, the solid phase particles in the suspension system to adhesive produces condensation phenomenon and the solid phase liquid phase separation. 2. Gravity Dehydration

3. Squeeze and Dewater
Sludge gravity dehydration, as the movement of the belt into the filter belt between the wedge pressing section, to get to the compression, dehydration, and take off a part of free water on the surface of the sludge, and then enter the consists of seven roller "S" shape of the press section, due to the sludge decreases as the filter belt between multiple sticks to the shear force produced by bending, to squeeze out internal free water.

4. Dewatering rollers are arranged in a scientific way. The filtrate is respectively discharged from the gravity zone, wedge-shaped zone, and squeezing zone without disturbing each other.
5. It works continuously from feeding to cake discharging. It has a high degree of automation. PLC interface can be installed as needed to realize centralized control by computer.
6. Power transmission adopts mechanical or frequency step-less speed regulation, so as to get a wide speed range and application spectrum.
7. Each belt is equipped with a pneumatic tensioning and auto rectifying system to ensure the safe operation of the filter belt.
Rubber belt: excellent flexibility and long service life.
Rubber belt support device: rubber belt adopts roller supporting and reduces moving resistance and good for prolonging the service life of the rubber belt.
Equipped with a fixed vacuum box: rubber belt moves on the box and forms the moving seal together with the box.
Cloth washing device: cleaning filter cloth.including cloth brush roller and high-pressure nozzles.
Rubber tension device: rubber tension device adjust the tension of the rubber belt by the screw, makes sure enough friction, and no-deviation running.
Cake-washing: according to the requirement of the process, it can realize the downstream washing and countercurrent washing.
Vacuum box and lift-fall device: vacuum box adopts separate sections, forming the vacuum system. It has designed a lift-fall device, convenient to replace the friction belt.
Deviation-rectifying device: adopt cylinder or air-bag to move an angle of the deviation-correcting the deviation of the filter cloth, make sure the filter cloth runs correctly.
