Jiutian starch slag dryer is based on the research and development for characteristics of raw material such as cassava, potato slag, and after a few sets of dryer producing experience, which can drying all kinds of potato residue below 12% in one time. The equipment used by the company's "mechanical dehydration + drum drying + pulse air drying " special chinese patent technology, an effective solution to the traditional dryer which can not dry cassava, potato residue problems, drying material with perfect color, good quality, production line of energy saving and environmental protection ,with safe and stable operation,which praised by many new and old customers.

 

Working Principle

The potato residues are continuously picked up and scattered under the inner layer of the plate to realize heat exchange. The material moves to the other end of the inner layer and enters the middle layer for counter-current drying. The material is continuously lifted in the middle layer, and the material is continuously moved in. The two-step retreat way, the material in the middle layer not only fully absorbs the heat emitted by the inner drum, but also absorbs the heat of the middle drum, and at the same time prolongs the drying time, the material reaches the expected dry state here. The material travels to the other end of the middle layer and falls into the outer layer. The material travels in the outer drum in a rectangular multi-loop manner. The material that achieves the drying effect is quickly discharged out of the drum under the action of hot air, and the wet material that does not achieve the drying effect cannot be fast due to its own weight. As it progresses, the materials are fully dried in this rectangular copy board, thus accomplishing the drying purpose.
