Working Principle:
After desalination and dehydration, the coconut coir with 50-60% moisture is fed into the dryer for flow drying. The coconut coir moves continuously inside the dryer, exchanging heat with hot air to reduce moisture to 14-18%. A special device ensures even drying.
Hot Air Process:
The dryer is equipped with a high-efficiency hot air furnace that supplies Oxygen-poor hot air at 500-650ºC. After drying the coconut coir, the hot air is filtered and cooled before being discharged. Dust and moisture are removed through a professional dust collector.
