Working Principle
The drying system consists of a heat source, drying equipment, conveying equipment, dust removal, and deodorizing equipment.
Heat source: Using biomass pellets, wood chips, branches, straw, coal, etc. as fuel
Drying equipment: Using patented products, dispersing drum dryer. Inside the dryer, there is a high-speed running shaft that disperses the viscous sludge to solve the problem of sludge viscosity and improves heat exchange efficiency. In the dryer, six drying process working areas are respectively set, and the final material moisture is less than 25%. The whole drying process is completed, and the drying machine is discharged to the next process.
Dust removal and deodorization equipment: This system adopts four-stage dust removal and deodorization method, and a first-stage cyclone dust remover can remove dust particles in the exhaust gas. The second acid washing method removes the odor gas, the third stage uses the alkali washing method to remove the odor gas, and the fourth stage uses the ultraviolet ray decomposition method. The final odor gas can be controlled within 2000 dimensionless.
