Cow manure is a high-value soil fertilizer, containing 14.5% organic matter. It has a slow-acting effect, making it ideal for long-term nourishment. The nutrient content includes N (0.30 ~ 0.45%), P (0.15 ~ 0.25%), and K (0.10 ~ 0.15%).
Pig manure, with 15% organic matter, offers a fine texture and complex composition. It contains protein, fat, organic acids, cellulose, semi cellulose, and inorganic salt. The nutrient content includes N (0.5 ~ 0.45%), P (0.6% ~ 0.5%), and K (0.35 ~ 0.45%). Pig manure is easily decomposed by microbes.
Chicken manure is rich in nutrients, with a composition that includes dry matter (89.8%), crude protein (28.8%), crude fiber (12.7%), digestible protein (14.4%), nitrogen-free extract (28.8%), phosphorus (2.6%), calcium (8.7%), and various amino acids. It can be used as a green organic fertilizer or chicken feed. Each ton of chicken manure contains plant nutrients such as N (11.35 kg), P (P2O5) (10.44 kg), and K (K2O) (5.45 kg). Additionally, chicken manure can be used for biogas production.

The initial stage of the production line is organic matter fermentation. During the preparation stage, the compost will be fed into the mixer to undergo tumbling action and mixing, which enhances the efficiency of the fermentation speed.
During this process, the compost block is crushed using a crusher, preparing it for the pelleting process. If the compost fermentation is efficient and without lumps, this step can be omitted.
If multiple materials need to be added during processing, an automatic batching system can be used to improve processing efficiency and ensure accurate ingredient proportions.
