Steam Rotary Dryer Product Introduction
The steam drum dryer belongs to the indirect heating mode of drying, using steam to provide drying heat. This type of dryer has the characteristics of low drying energy consumption, safe drying process, and materials are not polluted by heat sources. It is widely used in biomass, Drying of small particles or weakly cohesive powder materials in industries such as food waste, feed, fertilizer, chemical industry, medicine, coal, and mining.

Working Principle

Steam Tube Dryer Working Principle
The steam drum dryer is mainly composed of a tube heat exchanger, a heat source inlet and outlet center tube, a rotary drum, an inlet and outlet machine, an induced draft fan, a dust collector and a power distribution cabinet. The wet material is sent into the dryer, and under the stirring of the evenly distributed lifting plate and the tubes in the drum, it fully contacts with the steam tube heat exchanger to realize heat transfer and mass transfer (110-250°C) constant temperature drying. The water vaporizes and disperses, and is discharged with the airflow, the water in the material gradually decreases, and the material is dried.

1. The single-layer rotary drum dryer has the characteristics of high mechanization, strong overload resistance, large processing capacity and continuous operation;
2. After the steam heated at about 300°C undergoes heat exchange in the dryer, the low-temperature condensed water flows back into the steam boiler for reheating and recycling.
