Product Description

  With the rapid development of intensive farms, livestock and poultry manure, agricultural waste, food, and kitchen waste have become increasingly serious environmental pollution. But these materials are valuable resources for the production of feed and fertilizers. If they can be developed and used, this is essential for developing animal husbandry and crop production, saving food, and helping increase agricultural production and income.

   Jiutian has developed a complete set of equipment for the production line of organic fertilizer, a rapid fermentation, drying, granulation, and mixing of animal waste and various waste residue agricultural, food, kitchen, and other materials. This is complete equipment from raw material collection to finished product packaging.

Working Principle

Material Flow: 75-85% moisture content of the material fed into the special dehydration machine, the water removed to about 65% through the screw conveyor into the mixing drum dryer to downstream drying. Flights pick up material, carry it over, and shower it through the air stream as the drum rotates, promoting maximizing the efficiency of heat transfer between the material and drying air. The rapid evaporation of water vaporization, to achieve the effect of drying materials in the hot air under the rapid flow of the drum. The rotary drum dryer gives the material a chance to dry before it hits the next flight, in order to prevent buildup near the wet material discharge. The drum cleaning device is installed inside of the drum to prevent the material sticking issue.

Air Stream Flow as Below: The air through the air blower increases pressure into the hot air furnace to heat, when the temperature reached to 600-850ºC, the hot air will be into the dryer to dry the wet material and evaporation water by inducing draft fan. Through three-layer heat transfer, the air temperature reduces to 55-65ºC and then discharge from the dryer. The dust and moisture are purified through the cyclone dust collector and wet dust collector.

Structures
The equipment is mainly composed of a screw dewatering machine, hot air stove, feeder, feeding machine, rotary drum, discharging machine, material crushing unit, fan, discharge, and power cabinet.

The manure rotary drum dryer is widely used for drying chicken manure, cow dung, poultry manure, sludge, bean residue, cassava dregs, and other high viscosity material.
