5. The spiral dehydrator screen has two half screens, and also has an overall structure, which is convenient for disassembly and cleaning, and also has a design to reinforce the screen barrel;
6. Realize the separation of "free water" in the material, improve the pressing speed, juice yield rate, and dehydration rate;
7. Two presses can be connected in series, with the front one used as a rough press and then the second press;

After the screw extrusion dehydrator is started, the high-humidity materials to be dehydrated are evenly added from the feed box, and the materials move axially toward the discharge end driven by the spiral rotating blades. Under the action of extrusion force, the material completes mechanical dehydration. The moisture is discharged through the screen at the water outlet, and the dehydrated material is discharged at the discharge box. For different types of materials and changes in output, the dehydrator can be adjusted to achieve the best combination of dehydration effect and output.
