Working Principle

^{After the red mud enters the drying drum, it is divided into the following working areas: One is the guide area. The red mud enters this area and quickly evaporates water in contact with the high temperature hot air. The red mud does not form a bond under the movement of the guide plate with a large lead angle. Then it is led to the next lower production area: the second is the pick-up cleaning area, where the wet material is picked up by the pick-up board to form a material curtain. When the red mud falls, it is easy to form a sticking drum wall phenomenon. In this process, the cleaning device also breaks the agglomeration of the red mud balls, thereby increasing the heat exchange area and increasing the drying rate: It is an inclined lifting plate area, where the wet red mud is already in a low-moisture and loose state, and the red mud has no adhesion phenomenon in this area.
