The clay drying system is mainly composed of hot blast stove, feeding conveyor, rotary drum, discharging conveyor, induced draft fan, cyclone dust collector, bag filter (or wet dust collector) and operation control system. The equipment adopts a downstream drying process, and its working principle is as follows: After the clay enters the drying drum, it is divided into the following working areas: one is the material guide area, where the clay enters this area and contacts with high-temperature hot air to quickly evaporate water, and the clay is in the material guide area with a large lead angle. The second is the copying area, where the clay is picked up by the copying board to form a material curtain state. At this time, the clay is in full contact with the hot air, and the moisture in the clay evaporates quickly and peels off to become water vapor. , the water vapor is immediately drawn away by the induced draft fan, so as to achieve the purpose of drying the clay; the clay is dried in this area into a loose state with a moisture content of less than 5% (or lower), and the clay reaches the required moisture state after heat exchange. Enter the discharge area at the back; the third is the discharge area, where the drum does not have a lifting board, and the clay rolls and slides to the discharge port in this area to complete the entire drying process.
