Wood pellet machine is mainly applicable for materials which are difficult to mold because of low adhesion rate such as:
1.Rice husk, sunflower husk, peanut shell, and fruit shell;
2. Branch, stem, bark, and other wood waste; a variety of crop stalks;
3. Rubber, cement, ash, and other chemical materials.
Production Process
Besides the pellet machine, some other auxiliary equipment is also used in the pelleting process, such as a wood chipper, crusher, rotary dryer, cooler, packing machine, etc.

(2) Vertical feeding, directly in the pelletizing room;
(3) Die is static, rollers rotate; materials are evenly distributed around pelletizing room because of centrifugal force, no block ;

(5) Independent and frequent conversion discharge devices can ensure the formation rate of the pellet.

12 months except for the spare parts.
4. Will you send engineers to install the plant?
Of course yes, but an extra cost will be paid by customers. Or you can get local contractors to do the commissioning and we send one supervising engineer.
