Product Introduction
Vertical Ring Die Wood Pellet Machine is a new biomass fuel production machinery by using crushed sawdust and bran from eucalyptus, pine, birch, poplar, fruit and agricultural straw, bamboo. Compared with the old machine, it absorbed the essence of the horizontal ring die and flat die pellet machine, solved the insufficient pressure, die crack problems of horizontal ring die pellet machine, and overcame the small capacity, the high failure rate of flat die pellet machine.

Applicable Materials

Wood pellet machine is mainly applicable for materials which are difficult to mold because of low adhesion rate such as:

1.Rice husk, sunflower husk, peanut shell, and fruit shell;
2. Branch, stem, bark, and other wood waste; a variety of crop stalks;
3. Rubber, cement, ash, and other chemical materials.   

Working Principle
Biomass ring-die pellet mill is a nationally pioneering product designed by the technical team from Jiutian. The design of the molds is unique. The press rollers are made of wear-resistant alloy material, The working life of wearing parts is several times of similar products. Transmission structure can realize the automatic filtering process of grease. This product with its unique design, proper structure, low energy cost, and strong wear resistance, fills the domestic technical blank of vertical ring-die pellet feeding equipment.

Production Process
Besides the pellet machine, some other auxiliary equipment is also used in the pelleting process, such as a wood chipper, crusher, rotary dryer, cooler, packing machine, etc.
