Working Principle

The drying process of starch slag is as follows: the material with moisture content of 80-85% first passes through a special dehydrator, and the moisture is removed to about 68%. The lifting and falling are spiraling forward. The built-in stirring blade device fully stirs and breaks the material, expands the heat exchange area between the material and the hot gas, and the material and the hot gas are fully exchanged, and the water quickly evaporates and vaporizes, reaching about 35%, complete. In the drum drying process, it is discharged from the screw conveyor and enters the special pulverizer for semi-wet materials. The particle size of the pulverized material is below 1 mm, and then enters the pulse air drying process, and the material quickly drops below 12%.
