^{Working Principle
The organic fertilizer dryer can dry poultry manure with a moisture content of up to 70-80% to 13% at one time, reaching the safe storage moisture standard. The whole process is carried out in a closed system, thereby reducing environmental pollution during the drying process. The equipment is mainly composed of heat source, feeder, feeder, rotary drum, discharger, material crushing device, induced draft fan, unloader and power distribution cabinet. After the dewatered wet material is added to the dryer, it will fully contact with the hot air under the turning of the plate, which accelerates the speed of heat and mass transfer during drying. The material is dried under the action of the inclined copy board and the heating medium. In the other section, the star-shaped discharge valve discharges the dried finished product.}
