Starch Residue Dryer Product Description

Potato dregs are rich in cellulose, hemicellulose and crude protein. Working Principle
Process flow of potato dregs dryer: potato dregs are continuously picked up and scattered under the copying plate of the inner layer to realize heat exchange, and the potato dregs move to the other end of the inner layer and enter the middle layer for countercurrent drying. The middle layer is continuously and repeatedly raised, in a way of two steps forward and one step back. The potato residue in the middle layer not only fully absorbs the heat emitted by the inner drum, but also absorbs the heat of the middle drum, and at the same time prolongs the drying time. The potato residue is here. for better drying. The potato dregs travel to the other end of the middle layer and fall into the outer layer. The potato dregs travel in the outer drum in a rectangular multi-circuit manner. The materials that achieve the drying effect travel quickly and discharge the drum under the action of hot air. The wet potato dregs that do not achieve the drying effect are due to their own weight. Instead of moving quickly, the material is fully dried in this rectangular copy board, thereby completing the drying purpose.
