Fly ash dryer, also known as the three-layer drum dryer, is developed and manufactured by Zhengzhou Jiutian Technology Machinery Co., Ltd. It is based on the single drum dryer design. The Jiutian fly ash dryer features a compact structure, small footprint, reliable operation, low energy consumption, high thermal efficiency, good drying effect, and operator saving.
The fly ash is conveyed to the silo by belt conveyor or bucket elevator and transported to the feed end by the feeder of the silo. The rotating cylinder of the dryer is slightly inclined to the horizon, allowing for efficient drying of the material. A shoveling plate is installed in the dryer to enhance airflow contact and improve efficiency.
