Product Introduction
With the continuous growth of the urban population and the rapid development of industrial production, the amount of urban domestic sewage and industrial wastewater is increasing. In order to protect the ecological environment, urban wastewater must be treated and discharged before reaching the standard. However, when the sewage is purified, a large amount of sludge is generated. Since the sludge has high water content and a large volume and is characterized by various toxic and harmful substances, if it is not safely disposed of, It will bring serious secondary pollution to the environment. Under normal circumstances, the mechanical dewatering technology of sludge can only reduce the moisture content of sludge to about 80%. Such high water content is not conducive to the subsequent transportation and disposal of sludge. Therefore, in order to effectively treat and recycle the sludge, the sludge drying process is indispensable.
Sludge belt dryer is a special sludge drying equipment specially developed and designed for sludge that has the characteristics of high moisture, high viscosity, high water holding capacity, and low calorific value. A special design has been made on the internal structure of the dryer, which not only improves the thermal efficiency but also effectively avoids the adhesion and excessive drying of the sludge in the dryer.
Sludge belt dryer is continuous drying equipment for batch production, it is especially suitable for materials with high water content and high temperature. The dryers of the series have the advantages of fast drying speed, high evaporation strength, and good product quality. The dehydrated filter cake-like paste material needs to be granulated or strip-shaped to be dried.
Working Principle
The machine is a box structure, and a multi-layer conveyor belt is arranged in the box, and the conveyor belt circulates in the box. The material is evenly distributed on the first conveyor belt. Through the transmission of the chain, the first layer of the mesh belt is poured into the next layer of the mesh belt, and the lower layer is alternately dropped one by one to the last layer of the mesh belt. At this time, the moisture content of the material meets the drying requirements. The air circulation adopts a countercurrent process, and the high temperature and low humidity airflow upward from the lowermost mesh belt of the dryer to carry out mass transfer heat transfer, thereby achieving the purpose of removing moisture, and the exhaust gas is discharged from the top through the induced draft fan. The equipment has a high degree of automation, and the materials are automatically turned over during the drying process to ensure uniform drying of the materials. It has the advantages of low labor intensity, a good working environment, and simple equipment maintenance. The bottom of the box is designed with a blanking swash plate and a quick opening cleaning door to facilitate the cleaning of the powder in the box.
Material room: The material is placed in the tray structure. The material room is separated from the heating room by an aluminum plate. The equipment and the drying room are completely separated. Therefore, the material to be dried does not touch the sulfur dioxide gas, and there is no fire.
Heating room: It is a space for installing electric heating equipment and generating hot air. The fan is installed at an appropriate position. The fan is forced to circulate the air to make the temperature difference between the upper and lower sides of the dryer small. The unique adjustable air separation perforated plate ensures a uniform temperature.
Hot air conveying mode: The circulating fan sends hot air to the hot air passage, and then enters the material chamber through the porous air dividing plate, and adopts the air supply mode of the upper, lower, left and right sides to make the drying more uniform.
Heating equipment: electric heating, coal burning, gas, steam, etc. (heating source can be selected). The machine has reasonable structure, convenient installation, and maintenance, stable operation, simple use, long service life, low operating cost.
Ventilation and moisture removal equipment: The equipment is divided into three types: bottom ventilation, side ventilation, and top ventilation. It can be designed and manufactured according to different materials and plant requirements and equipped with a powerful wind direction communication system to make the airflow of the entire drying room sufficient. Temperature control and humidity control in the drying box ensure the proper temperature for drying, step control of drying time, real automation management, and equipped an alarm system.
