Introduction of Pig Manure Dryer

Scope of Application

Features of Pig Manure Dryer

1. Pure pig manure organic fertilizer with moisture content below 13% or pig manure pellet feed mixed with straw can be obtained by drying fresh pig manure with moisture content of 60% through high temperature drying, disinfection and sterilization, decomposition and other processes.

2. Drying products: Pig manure fertilizer has various nutrients necessary for crops. Tested by authoritative departments, the fertilizer contains 2.6% nitrogen, 3.5% phosphorus, 2.5% potassium, 16-25% crude protein, and 45% organic matter. It is the best fertilizer for pollution-free green food planting, and can also be directly used for feeding fish, cattle, pigs, etc.

 

Working Principle of Pig Manure Dryer
 

  The equipment is mainly composed of heat source, feeder, feeder, rotary drum, discharger, material crushing device, induced draft fan, unloader and power distribution cabinet.


  Material Flow: 75-85% moisture content of the material fed into the special dehydration machine, the water removed to about 65% through the screw conveyor into the mixing drum dryer to downstream drying. Flights pick up material, carry it over, and shower it through the air stream as the drum rotates, promoting maximize the efficiency of heat transfer between the material and drying air. The rapid evaporation of water vaporization, to achieve the effect of drying materials in the hot air under the rapid flow of the drum. The rotary drum dryer gives the material a chance to dry before it hits the next flights, in order to prevent buildup near the wet material discharge. The drum cleaning device is installed inside of the drum to prevent the material sticking issue.

  Air Stream Flow as Below: The air through the air blower increase pressure into the hot air furnace to heating, when the temperature reached to 600-850ºC, the hot air will be into the dryer to drying the wet material and evaporation water by inducing draft fan. Through three-layer heat transfer, the air temperature reduces to 55-65ºC and then discharge from the dryer. The dust and moisture are purified through the cyclone dust collector and wet dust collector.
