Product IntroductionWith the development of industry and the acceleration of urbanization, the amount of enterprise sewage sludge and municipal sewage sludge has been continuously increased, the resulting sludge has seriously affected people's lives, causing serious pollution to the environment. The problem of sewage sludge treatment has become a major environmental problem that needs to be solved in today's society.
The effective means of sewage treatment is to dehydrate and dry the sewage. The volume of dried sludge can be reduced by 4~5 times, the products are odorless and free of pathogens, and they can be used as fertilizer, soil conditioner, alternative energy, and so on.
For the living homes with blue sky, clear water, and pure land, Jiutian Machinery has carried out repeated technical research and practice on the characteristics of the current sludge treatment, carefully created a new generation of the environmentally friendly and energy-saving drying system. Working Principle
The drying system contains a heat source, drying device, conveying device, dust removing, and deodorizing device.
Drying equipment: Using patented products, dispersing drum dryer. Inside the dryer, there is a high-speed running shaft that disperses the viscous sludge to solve the problem of sludge viscosity and improves heat exchange efficiency. In the dryer, six drying process working areas are respectively set, and the final material moisture is less than 25%, the whole drying process is completed and the material is discharged from the dryer to the next process.
Dust removal and deodorization equipment: This system adopts a four-stage dust removal and deodorization method. The first-stage cyclone dust collector can remove dust particles from exhaust gas; the second-stage acid washing method removes the odor gas, the third-stage uses the alkali washing method to remove the odor gas; the fourth-stage uses the ultraviolet ray decomposition method. The final odor gas can be controlled within 2000 dimensionless.

The unique broken arch rapping device effectively solves the problem that the materials are bonded to the machine and the lifting device and the material agglomeration and movement are blocked during the drying process, the drying strength is 3-5 times that of the ordinary drying equipment.
5. The investment cost is low. The wet sludge is dried and granulated in one step in the dryer; the system footprint and auxiliary equipment investment are greatly saved.
6. Strong adaptability, suitable for semi-drying and full drying of sludge. Widely range of applications, the operating parameters can be adjusted according to different types of sludge properties to ensure the stable operation of the system.
