Product Description

Animal waste is a good material for making organic fertilizer. You can make animal waste into available organic manure fertilizer. Because of the high moisture content, animal manure will be difficult to transport or store.  What's more, there will be a stink. Then need a manure drying machine for lowering its moisture. With a manure dryer, can dry high moisture fresh manure to a moisture content of about 13%, which is suitable for storing. It is an alternative for you to selling, storing, or processing the dry manure. 

Poultry manure dryer machine is Jiutian company according to the market demand professional design and developed one type new rotary dryer, this new type dryer suitable to drying the material moisture content at 50-65%, such as poultry manure, chicken manure, cattle manure, sludge, slurry, sewage, and other material.

Jiutian poultry manure rotary drum dryer has a large capacity, high efficiency, saving energy, covers area is less, it can saving energy more than 50% than the ordinary dryer, and can maximize saving energy and drying costs.

 

 

Working Principle

<sup>Material flow is: 75-85% moisture content of the material fed into the special dehydration machine, the water removed to about 65% through the screw conveyor into the mixing drum dryer to downstream drying. Flights pick up material, carry it over, and shower it through the air stream as the drum rotates, promoting maximize efficiency of heat transfer between the material and drying air. The rapid evaporation of water vaporization, to achieve the effect of drying materials in the hot air under the rapid flow of the drum. The rotary drum dryer gives material a chance to dry before it hits the next flights, in order to prevent buildup near the wet material discharge. Drum cleaning device is installed inside of the drum to prevent the material sticking issue.

Air Stream Flow as Below:
The air through the air blower increase pressure into the hot air furnace to heating, when the temperature reached to 600-850ºC, the hot air will be into dryer to drying wet material and evaporation water by induce draft fan. Through three-layer heat transfer, the air temperature reduces to 55-65ºC and then discharge from dryer. The dust and moisture are purified trough the cyclone dust collector and wet dust collector.</sup>
